Our sourdough is crafted using flour sourced exclusively from Van Garderen Ranch. This flour is produced through the traditional method of stone milling, a time-honored technique that ensures the grain remains cool during grinding, preserving the full nutritional content and optimal flavor of the flour.
Rich in essential nutrients like Calcium, Iron, Vitamin B6, as well as protein and fiber, our sourdough offers a wholesome and hearty experience in every slice. You can savor our breads knowing they are:

Though our operation may be modest in size, we are on an upward trajectory. Our focus is on delivering unsurpassed quality rather than mass production.
