Our sourdough is crafted using flour sourced exclusively from Van Garderen Ranch. This flour is produced through the traditional method of stone milling, a time-honored technique that ensures the grain remains cool during grinding, preserving the full nutritional content and optimal flavor of the flour.

We envisioned cultivating a garden that would yield thoughtfully grown produce, devoid of chemical reliance, by employing companion planting techniques to deter pests naturally. Though our operation may be modest in size, we are on an upward trajectory. Our focus is on delivering unsurpassed quality rather than mass production.
